Pipeline Formula

Before we start, as always, make sure that you have the Antenna add-in installed on your Excel. (If you don't have it, pack up and go home, its a sign!😁)


Step by Step Guide πŸ› οΈ

  1. On the 'Pipeline - AOD' tab, remove the leading apostrophe (') from cell A1 to uncomment the formula and extract the latest available pipeline data.

    You can hard refresh the formulas by opening the Antenna pane and clicking reset.

  2. After the formulas have been refreshed, go Data >> Queries & Connections and press the Refresh All button.This refreshes Pipeline Data table which the pivot tables are using. You can double check by ensuring that the snapshot date is today's date. Data table range

    Tip

    You can speed up your workbook by cutting the dataset down to only the class(es) of business you care about. Smaller tables = faster Excel = less waiting = less coffee = Happier Life (Its proven science not me). β˜•

  3. To refresh summary sheet, navigate into the Pipeline sheet and click the Refresh All button. πŸ“Š
